easy access hyde park lancaster gate tiny room stuffy room faulty window
The hotel provided easy access to Kensington Gardens. Hyde Park was also a short walk away. Lancaster Gate train station was very close. It made travel simple.
My room was tiny and it felt stuffy. The window would not open initially. Staff did fix it later.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues
noisy room missing earplugs
The staff was friendly and ready to assist.
The room I got was noisy. I could hear traffic, sirens, and other guests. Earplugs should have been provided. I searched but failed to find any nearby for sale. Biscuits were available but not earplugs.

a stay with mixed feelings
carpet stains musty smell
the staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated.
The cleanliness left much to be desired. I noticed some stains on the carpet, and the bathroom had a musty smell, something i found quite off-putting.

middling stay near hyde park
small room limited breakfast
The room was smaller than expected. the air conditioning barely worked and i felt quite warm at night. also, the breakfast offered limited choices. The pastries seemed stale. i also noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom. The shower head dripped constantly.
